[Middle East] OSN on 7.3 West (Nilesat) missing..

I would like to know if it is possible to add OSN channels with the Middle East package, i see the package name is rytecxmltvosn.gz but when i downloaded it i didn't find any OSN channel, I use with IP-TV.
