En ciertos canales españoles, CANAL+1 Y 2 HD, tambien en los no hd no hay actualizacion de epg desde hace unos dias, solo sale el evento actual y el proximo, sabeis como solucionarlo, ya que en otros canales si tenemos el epg de varios dias.

the EPG is incomplete. For example, you have only "Rallye" but you don't know if it's Dakkar, Ecoracing, ERC unless you go on the line and press Info key.
For Eurosport TNT : 1:0:1:604: 6:20FA:EEEE0000:0:0:0:
the EPG is better but I can't see this channel. Thus I can't move it in my favourites.

in the EPG we can't always see which episode it in in the series. We can see [8.2] for example but it's not the season 8 and the episode 2. When it's bad, the format is [n.m]. When it's good, it can be (3/11) for season 3 and episode 11.
There is the same problem with MTV but there is a change and I can't launch a new search, OpenPli crashes.

Hay una magnifica pagina www.programaciondelplus, que nos da la programacion en xml, para importarla para android en su app, se puede implementar como servidor de epg en el crossepg, y como se puede hacer. En movil y table la app xmltv programs, va perfecto.

For a few days now I have had no EPG updates, when I manually download nothing happens.
Please check if there is a problem with the servers hosting the epg data.
This is for UK XMLTV. I have tried XMLTV and XEPGDB providers, neither of them will download.

I tried to uninstall the EPGImport I had on my stb.
Though I thought I had done it right, I still get a notice message when accessing to the Plugin menu saying :
"Some plugins are not available: Extensions/EPGImport (No module named gzip)"
How can I do in order not to have this message anymore ?
Once this is fixed I'd like to re-install a good EPG plugin. Which one should I use for a 5or7 days scheduling ?

This is my first post here, so please allow this to also be my brief introduction :-) I've just bought a Vu+ DUO2 STB, and installed the OpenPLI image. Very nice! I'm still finding my way around, confusing myself, learning, but the general progression is positive :-) My location is Switzerland.
Anyway, I have some questions as related to the EPG topics:
At the moment, the EPG (CoolTVGuide) is populated with data directly from our service provider, but the (Freesat) UK/English channels only have "now and next" information
I understand that the EPG (any EPG I guess) imports additional channel data from Rytec XMLTV. I have everything set up (to the best of my knowledge) and I have found out how to set up the download of the data, depending on the country. So far so good.
I live in Switzerland, so the Germany/Austria/Swiss is the package I select. Now, I suspect the channel service reference from my cable provider has to match up with one in the file received by the Rytec XMLTV plugin. And then I will see an EPG populated with merged data from both my provider and from Rytec - thus the 'missing' future data for the UK channels will now be visible.
From my channel scan, I can download all of the data that is associated with my service provider (GIB Solutions AG) with DreamBoxEdit. This I have done, and then I expect I have to post this information here, along with the channel description. Do I need to do this for all the channels from my provider, or just the ones I want (i.e. the UK channels). Would you also need to know the local region for the channels (i.e. BBC One is localised to BBC One London)?

I just want to point the fact that I can't get the correct EPG scheduling for this chanel : 1:0:1:2207:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0
I relaoaded the Epg twice and rebooted my box but nothing changed.
It should show Australian Open tennis programs for this night but nothing like this actually appears. Instead of this, I get only events like ski, biathlon and other winter sports.
Maybe you could do something ?

Just for your info - nothing dramatic.
I noticed this morning (20 Jan) that there is no more EPG for the French channel TMC from Sunday 25 Jan onwards.
EPG for the French channel W9 is also missing on Monday 26 Jan.

I think there is a problem with teh epg of Comedy Central of CD.
right now "anger management" just ended, and Seinfield has started. This is displayed correctly on the now/next :

when I look at the downloaded epg however, I see the following :

so times do not agree, making it virtually impossible to plan any recordings on this channel.
I will keep an eye on this for the rest of the evening to see how the now/next changes to.
