[Spain]movistar + new HD channels epg missing.

Hello

some changes were made to canal + spain, now known as movistar +. 

some channels were added in HD format. their SD counter part, still get epg but not the HD.. 

the channels missing epg data are:

Where is the EPG.DAT file?

Hi, I have DM800HD with Openpli 2.1 installed. PLease advise where is the EPG.DAT file by default? I looked at all possible folders (inlc. tmp)but no such fiile found. I put the file location at settings (etc/enigma2 - config.misc.epgcache_filename=/media/usb/epg.dat ) , but after epg download, no such file located in the media/usb (there is mounted my USB stick). The EPG is updated from rytec feed, but still cannot find the dat file.....

Adding config to rytec

Im trying to add my config.xml from webgrab++
 
to be able to  use my epg on my vu+ duo2
 
Dont no where to start
 
can i just copy & paste the config.xml and put in the rytec source file

EPG for IPTV

Hi,

 

I am trying to get the epg for the iptv channels by setting the service refs same as of the sat channels.

 

However, it works only if the channels are in the lamedb. 

 

Since many channels are not received in my area, this makes it impossible to have the epg this way.

 

Any solution?

Willy, de epg van E! HD klopt niet helemaal.

Nu op 20:50 zegt de EPG dat "Say Yes to the Dress Canada" uitgezonden word maar in werkelijkheid is het "#RichKids of Beverly Hills".

Hello,

 

I am two years time Kodi user and I want to thank you for providing epg xmltv guide for Greek Channels. I used the rytec epg downloader service, which compliments those various IPTV clients.

 

At this point a request though, because I have users abroad who use my Kodi "build" and like to watch Cypriot channels. Cytavision contains guide info for their premium and other free OTA channels.

 

I think, since it looks a lot like OTE program guide web site in Greece, it might be easy to adapt existing code and scrape it as well to produce xmltv for it.

EPGImport Filter v1.00 by Acds

This plugin allows filtering of epgimport data by creating custom channel list files from user bouquets.

 

Run the plugin, choose the bouquets and press install. After several seconds the plugin will create custom channel list file and custom sources file in the epgimport folder (/etc/epgimport).

 

After the process is finished open EPGImport plugin and check 'Filtered' sources.

(For example Filtered Rytec France XMLTV instead Rytes France XMLTV).

 

Import the data again.

 

Notice that only data for your selected bouquet channels are loaded.

 

This saves quite a bit of memory space and speeds up the epg refresh.

UK - EPG

Since a couple of days, I lost one of the major sources for the UK schedules.

 

After many happy years of service, this feed has now been decommissioned.

Since I knew this already for a couple of weeks,  measures have been taken to replace the schedule obtained from this source.

About 50 % of the Uk schedule came from this source.

 

However since it is major update, chances are that something has gone wrong.  Please notify me, when you see something wrong.

Reading EPG data from OpenTV (28.2E and 13 E)

LraiZer has written (and partially borrowed) a little utitlty which can read the OpenTV EPG from 28.2E (and 13 E) and save this data in "radiotimes style" data files.

 

Very interesting, but it could be more usefull if this can be made into a plug-in for enigma2 to import the EPG, by combining this with the XMLTV plug-in.

 

- Either as a stand-alone which produces XMLTV files, which XMLTV import can import.

 

- Or really combine this plug-in with XMLTVimport, and put the results directly into enigma2.

 

- Or make stand-alone plugin which reads this data from the sat, and directly put the data into enigma.

I am not a programmer, so I cannot coöperate in this manner.  But can somebody combine his efforts with Lraizer to achieve this?

Eurosport 1 HD (BE)

I am trying to give the schedules as accurate as possible.

However if the service providers broadcast the wrong verison of the channel,  I am lost.

 

Since a couple of months Eurosport1 HD has a Belgian version.  In the press was announced that Eurosport has obtained the rights of Wimbledon for Belgium and the tennis would be shown on Europort 1 HD.

TV-Vlaanderen has also created a separate Belgian version of Eurosport1. 

 

However today:  no tennis.

It looks like M7 streams the wrong version.

 

This results  at the moment in a wrong EPG for this channel.

[Denmark] A lot of changes for Canal Digital

There have been quite a few changes lately on Canal Digital Nordic, mainly because of a change from MPEG2 to MPEG4.
I have made a list of the changes that need to be done. Hope it has the required information.
The EPG is there for most channels but on a non-working channel.
There is also a few channels without EPG and a single channel where the EPG in in Swedish and not Danish.
First channel ID is the channel with a working EPG and the second channel ID is the new channel that is missing EPG.
