[UK] Incorrect EPG for BBC One NI

Hi Rytec EPG Team

 

I have noticed for the past number of weeks that the channel information in the full screen EPG Guide for BBC One NI and BBC Two NI show the same listings (BBC One NI shows the incorrect information), however once you are start viewing BBC One NI the guide at the bottom of the tv which appears for about 5 secs shows the correct listing for BBC One NI.

 

Do you know what is causing this to happen, the reason it is a problem is that I cannot set any timers to record based on the program name for the BBC channels.

 

I am using EPG-Importer with Openvix 5.3 on a Vu Duo 2 box

 

Any help / advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated

Epg after reboot

Hi

I am using rytec import and I import from several countries.

The thing is, when I reboot my Vu+Duo2 with the latest OpenPLi-image, all the imported xml-data disappears.

Is there  anyway of not loosing the data after reboot?

XP 1000 download trouble

Hi,

 

as I had troubles with the EPGimport, I removed the plugin from my XP1000.

When I try to download it again to reinstall it, I get a http:404 error.

Is there another way?

Can I enter a command to download it?

New option to EPG Import plugin

Hi,

i don't know if it the righe place to make this request, i don't know who is the maintainer of this great plugin.

 

Anyway i would ask if it possible to add a new feature: "Save EPG data to epg.dat after data are donwloaded from sources and load into memory." It is a simple task to add, imho.

I know epg.dat is written ad reboot for backup etc. etc., but i would save it after new data are dowloaded.

 

Hope this can done.

There is no EPG import anymore for NPO 3 (Ziggo) , because there were some changes in the network.

Can you please add NPO3 again ?

Something is wrong with UPC-Switzerland EPG. :(

Can you please check and correct the EPG-Settings?

Attached you find an actual list of all channels.

May be it's not possible to add all channels, so please add only the channels that are possible.

Server out of commision

Since this morning, I cannot connect anymore to the server which collects the EPG for Bulgary, Hungary, Middle East, Romania, Portugal, Spain, Greece and csat Overseas.

Also the network administrator is on holiday.  The repair will be after the Christmas weekend (or maybe after New-Year).

 

As this server works autonomous, it is possible it will still grab the schedules and upload them to the web.  But I cannot guaranty this.  (The upload of this morning is OK)

 

The other XMLTV files are not affected, since they are collected with another system.

i created my uk  iptv favorite with the channel codes from rytec.channels and specified the uk source in the plugin and all ok on my dm7020.

 

i coied over to my solo4k all the files but no epg is showing on the iptv fav.

BBC Entertainment EPG incomplete

Hello OpenPLi Team,

 

this is my first post in your forum.

I have noticed that since a few months now the EPG for BBC Entertainment in rytec XML format is incomplete. Only programmes between ca. 6am and 5pm are included. Could somebody please have a look? If you are interested and grant me access to the neccessary SW I got contribute a bit and try to fix it myself. I'm a software developer so I might be able to do it.

Using epg importer to import rytec xmltv UK and some channels are missing on my guide:

Sky Sports Mix
Frontrunner- very hit and miss Mabie needs a source change
GINXESPORTSTV - same as above
Sky Sports 5 ROI - shows UK version so no 3pm kickoff
CNC World
Lifetime+1
AMC from BT
Home & Leisure
Property Show
Showcase 3
Showbiz TV
Oireachtas TV
Times Now
