EPG vlaamse zenders

Ik ben nu enkele weken aan het experimenteren met m"n nieuwe VU+ uno, maar heb een probleem met de EPG.

Voor de zenders VIJF en Vitaya (vooral deze, soms ook andere zenders) is er geen enkele EPG die de start en stoptijden correct weergeeft, waardoor opnames dikwijls mislopen.

Ook de rytec EPG zit er dikwijls naast. Waarschijnlijk doordat de bron (website) vanwaar de gids zijn informatie haalt (grabt) ook mis is. Ik vond dat deze voor de vlaamse zenders van de website tvmoustique zou komen. Als ik nu de programmatijden vergelijk van deze website en de programmagids van "de morgen" voor vijftv  dan zie ik dat deze van de morgen meestal wel lijkt te kloppen, maar deze van tvmoustique er soms een half uur of meer naast zit. 

De EIT - EPG doet het dikwijls nog slechter!

Kunnen misschien de bronnen van de EPG aangepast worden? Of is er iets anders te proberen? Ik vond ook een website (xml file) met juistere tijden voor de vlaamse zenders: (epgapi) maar heb geen idee hoe dit te in de EPG te krijgen.

I can't populate EPG on USB DVB-T2 Tuner

Hi all.

I don't use my USB tuner much, but before When I used it. The EPG would be blank for a short then populate with UK channels that had been downloaded via rytec for satellite.

Any suggestions.

I'm on latest 7.3

EPGImport Filter v1.00 by Acds

This plugin allows filtering of epgimport data by creating custom channel list files from user bouquets.

 

Run the plugin, choose the bouquets and press install. After several seconds the plugin will create custom channel list file and custom sources file in the epgimport folder (/etc/epgimport).

 

After the process is finished open EPGImport plugin and check 'Filtered' sources.

(For example Filtered Rytec France XMLTV instead Rytes France XMLTV).

 

Import the data again.

 

Notice that only data for your selected bouquet channels are loaded.

 

This saves quite a bit of memory space and speeds up the epg refresh.

Errors in Dutch EPG.

Hi Willy,

 

Since some time it seems that the website grabber doesn’t work as it used to. I noticed some errors in the Dutch EPG. I added two examples.

I hope you are able to fix this.

Something is wrong with UPC-Switzerland EPG. :(

Can you please check and correct the EPG-Settings?

Attached you find an actual list of all channels.

May be it's not possible to add all channels, so please add only the channels that are possible.

Picon + setpicon

Bonjour,

 

J'ai installé la dernière version 7.3 sur mon Zero et zero4k et voila que : impossible de mettre setpicon " not lock /usr/lib/opkg/lock: Resource temporarily unavailable " et quand je rentre mes picon les démos mettent longtemps a les charger et pas mal ce retrouvent dégradés ???

 

Si une idée, je suis preneur.

Adding ESPNU and ESPN2

Hi Willy,

 

On Telstar 12 (15W) there are two channels of ESPN:

ESPNU      1:0:1:385:1:1:D7A31C3:0:0:0:
ESPN 2 US  1:0:1:386:1:1:D7A31C3:0:0:0:

I believe you can find TV listings on http://guide.espn.com/?id=692

 

I selected Cayman Islands as country and then the schedule is in EST (Eastern Standard time), so that's UTC-5.

Right now CET is UTC+2 (because of daylight saving time), f.e. 19:45 CET is 12:45 EST.

The Cayman Islands don't use DST, so when not in use here, the offset to CET is one hour less.

 

Default the listing is horizontal, when you click the channel, there is a vertical listing.

When you click the programm, you get more in-dept information.

 

I hope this is grab-able.

New Zealand EPG

Is it possible to add a New Zealand EPG provider from this source “http://epg.org.nz/freeview.xml.gz” ?

 

Currently my Ultimo DVB-T tuners receive only EIT info (now/next) while my DVB-S tuner receives full 7-day epg.

Black screen and no sound after 2 days, although EPG import works successfully

Every morning at 6.30 a.m., epg import automatically fetches the EPG from a Rytec.xml.
It also works great for 2 days.
Then, when I want to watch TV, I take the receiver out of standby, I have a black screen, regardless of whether it is free or private channels.
If I click OK, I see in the info bar the EPG, the time, the signal and the CAM etc ...

But the picture is black and I have no sound (as if I had no signal).
Either the box starts itself when I go to the menu or I have to restart it myself, it is always different.
But if I go to my webcams favs (youtube, rtmp Streams etc), for example, the box restarts.

I have installed the recent VTI Image and a Vu+Zero4.

 

 

 

Please help me even if I don't have OpenPli ... I don't understand why I have this problem ...

Question about Epgimport and the list of channels to be skipped

Hello!

I'm trying to figure out how to make the list. When I select a channel and click OK, nothing happens. The ignore.conf file in etc / epgimport is empty, despite OK.
Am I doing something wrong? How does it work?

epgimport https links do not work with sources.xml

I came across this issue on the OE version of the plugin, so i tried the pli version and have the same issue (and others...)
 
while http:// links work with the sources.xml if you try to use https:// links they will not.
A recent upgrade to the server has highlighted the issue
https: is more secure, surely they should work as well ??
 
Further more with the pli version i am  getting 
Error at start: strptime() argument 1 must be string without null bytes not str 

The same sources file attached works on the OE version of the plugin (except for the now https links)  :wacko:

Epgimport.log --> What does that mean?

Hello!

I have set epgimport to automatically import at 8.15am.

Now I have just (8.35am) created a .log and have the following content:

[EPGImport] autostart (0) occured at 19.631767
[EPGImport] autostart (0) occured at 19.678225
[EPGImport] WakeUpTime now set to 32375 (now=19)
[EPGImport] onTimer occured at 1603763062
[EPGImport] WakeUpTime now set to 1603789175 (now=1603763062)
[EPGImport] WakeUpTime now set to 1603782935 (now=1603780732)
[EPGImport] onTimer occured at 1603782935
[EPGImport] WakeUpTime now set to 1603869335 (now=1603782935)

In the Epgimport "web interface" normally xxx events found appears. But nothing of the kind can be seen here. 

 

I also know a log in such a way that you can see exactly what is happening (link, .gz file, xxx events).

 

Now I'm not sure if it was imported or not.

Who can give me the answer?

uClan Ustym 4K pro-Epg import

Hi  :)  . I have uClan Ustym running Open Pli 7.3,in multiboot.

After installing Epg import and, when I go to chose sources,it doesnt find epg from my provider?
